Dermapen® Microneedling
Beautiful for: improving skin texture, softening fine lines and smoothing out scars by stimulating your body’s own collagen production.
As we age, our skin loses it elasticity and moisture, collagen fibres harden. These changes cause fine lines to form particularly around our eyes and mouth. To slow these changes, we offer collagen induction therapy using the Medical Dermapen.
Dermapen collagen induction therapy uses superfine, superfast needles that stimulate your body’s natural healing response and collagen production by causing micro-trauma to the deeper layers of skin. Your body reacts by releasing growth factor, regenerating these layers with fresh new skin cells and boosting blood supply.
This treatment can be done on the face, neck, décolletage and backs of hands. For full facial rejuvenation we suggest at least three treatments at intervals of four weeks. You may need more if you have extensive scarring. Dermapen treatment every six to twelve months will help you maintain the best results.

Exosomes
The application of exosomes is a new add-on option to our Dermapen®, designed to elevate your skin rejuvenation results.
Exosomes are nano-sized, cell-derived vesicles that act as powerful cellular communicators, delivering growth factors, proteins, and other signalling molecules to boost skin regeneration. They help amplify the skin’s natural repair processes, making them an ideal addition to microneedling for enhanced collagen production, elasticity, and skin health.
In this advanced treatment, we apply exosomes immediately after microneedling to maximise absorption and effectiveness. The micro-channels created by the Dermapen allow these potent exosomes to penetrate deeply, stimulating cellular rejuvenation and promoting a more youthful, radiant skin appearance. For more details on exosomes and their unique benefits, visit our dedicated exosome information page here.

Is there downtime after treatment?
Downtime is pretty short. You’ll probably notice mild redness and swelling which starts settling down within an hour.
Does it hurt?
Your therapist will apply topical anaesthetic before your treatment to make it as comfortable as possible. Needles are so tiny and move so quickly that pain is absolutely minimal anyway.
How long does a treatment take?
Around 60 minutes – including applying the anaesthetic and the time it takes to numb the area. The actual Dermapen treatment only takes about 20 minutes.
How long do Dermapen results last?
Each person's skin is unique, and it's impossible to say for certain how long an individual's treatment will last. We find most clients’ results last at least 12 weeks. If you take care of your skin, you may find the benefits of Dermapen last much longer.
How soon will I see results?
You should see an improvement within a week. But around three or four weeks is the sweet spot when you’ll see the most dramatic benefits.
How much does it cost?
Dermapen Face & Neck with LED & Sheet mask - $349 (50mins)
--> 3 pack $950
Dermapen Face & Neck with LED, Uber Peel & Sheet mask - $399
--> 3 pack $1147
Dermapen Face & Neck with Exosomes -
How many sessions do I need?
For optimal results, a typical course of Dermapen® microneedling is around 3 to 6 sessions, spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart, depending on the skin’s condition and individual treatment goals. This approach generally provides excellent outcomes in improving texture, tone, and promoting collagen production.
When adding exosomes to your microneedling sessions, fewer treatments may be needed to achieve noticeable results. The enhanced cellular communication and regeneration provided by exosomes allow for faster recovery and more significant improvement in skin elasticity and radiance. Generally, 2 to 4 sessions with exosomes, spaced similarly at 4- to 6-week intervals, are often recommended. This allows clients to benefit from the intensive rejuvenation of exosomes while still addressing their skin concerns effectively.
Why use exosomes with dermapen?
Adding exosomes to a Dermapen® treatment can amplify and accelerate your results by enhancing the skin's natural repair and rejuvenation processes. While standard microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin production through controlled micro-injuries, the addition of exosomes goes further by delivering potent growth factors, proteins, and signaling molecules directly into the skin.
Exosomes work at the cellular level to support deeper regeneration, reduce inflammation, and speed up healing, meaning you may see improvements in skin tone, elasticity, and radiance faster than with microneedling alone. This combination can be especially beneficial for those looking to address more advanced signs of aging, scarring, or overall skin health, as it harnesses both the structural benefits of microneedling and the regenerative power of cellular communication provided by exosomes.
Using exosomes with your Dermapen® treatment can potentially reduce the number of sessions needed to achieve noticeable, radiant results. While standard microneedling typically requires 3 to 6 sessions to see significant changes, the regenerative boost from exosomes allows for faster and more profound improvements in skin tone, elasticity, and hydration. By delivering powerful growth factors and proteins directly into the skin, exosomes enhance and accelerate the skin’s healing and collagen-building processes. This means you could achieve the same—if not better—results in fewer sessions, making it an efficient and highly effective option for those looking for advanced skin rejuvenation.
