Spend & Gift Voucher Promotion – Terms & Conditions 2024

Promotion Period: This promotion is available for vouchers issued from 29th November to 6th December 2024 only. Vouchers purchased outside this period do not qualify.
Voucher Validity: The promotional vouchers are valid for redemption until 31st March 2025. Any unused balance after this date will be forfeited.
Non-Combinable Offer: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers, including loyalty discounts, bundle deals, or holiday promotions.
Exclusions: The Spend & Gift vouchers are not valid for use on skin treatment plans, products packs, or any other discounted items.
Gift Vouchers: The extra gift amount is added to the purchased voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash or used as credit toward previous purchases or amounts outstanding.
Non-Refundable: Vouchers purchased during this promotion are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Transferability: Vouchers can be gifted to others but must be used by the holder within the specified validity period.
Limited Time Offer: This offer is only available for a limited time and will not be extended beyond the promotion period.

Appearance Medicine consultation
An Appearance Medicine consultation of typically 30 minutes is booked with our nurse and there is no fee. An Appearance Medicine consultation is a time to discuss your skin type, address a particular skin concern or to discuss a cosmetic procedure/treatment that you have heard of and may be interested in.

Appearance medicine consultations are for:

Botox®, Dysport
Dermal Fillers
Facial Peels
Dermal Needling
Microdermabrasion
Skincare
IPL
Profhilo
Cosmelan

You will be given printed information about the products and procedures discussed to take home. Once you have read through this, we will make an appointment for treatment and at this stage you will be consented for the procedure, ensuring you have had adequate time to become fully informed. You are always able, and encouraged to ask questions at any stage.

Arrival Time for Cosmetic Treatments

Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time for your appointment as arriving late will not only lessen your time spent with us, but the effectiveness of your treatment also. In some cases your appointment may need to be rescheduled to another date and time. As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Just a friendly heads-up: if you ever need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we'd really appreciate it if you could let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

We totally get that life can throw curveballs, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. But here's the thing: last-minute cancellations can leave us in a bit of a bind.

At Ivy Clinic, we're not big fans of charging penalties for late cancellations. However, lately, we've been dealing with more than our fair share of last-minute cancellations and no-shows. So, to keep things fair for everyone, here's the deal: if we can't fill your appointment slot, there will be a charge of $50.00 for any skin service or $100.00 for any injectable service.

Liability

We will take reasonable care to ensure the information presented in our website is accurate and the opinions given (if any) are fair and reasonable. We cannot and will not be held responsible for errors or misstatements or be liable whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss or damage caused (whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or loss of profits). If you feel any of the information contained on our website is misleading or inaccurate, please bring it to our attention immediately.

Pricing
We supply goods and services in New Zealand, so all goods on our website are advertised in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available and are valid for one (1) year from date of purchase for the amount specified.

Gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other special promotions or offers. They cannot be refunded. No change or credit can be given.

The referred friend must mention the referee at the time of their appointment (this will be noted on their profile)

The referee must redeem their 10% off within the specified redemption time

The 'refer a friend' is only valid at the specified location or with the specified therapist and only for the specific treatments that are preferred at that location or by that therapist.
