How does the payment plan work?
First, you and your therapist decide on a plan. Then we’ll send you a link to complete your details and set up a direct debit. Weekly payments are then debited directly from your account. Payments automatically stop once you’ve completed the term of your plan – which will depend on which plan you’re on.
When does the payment plan start?
Your first payment will be taken out after 7 days of submitting your information on the link received. If you need to change this, please get in touch.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. We ask that you pay a 20% deposit at the start or your first treatment session of your plan. We’ll confirm this during your initial consultation.
What if I have to put my payment plan on hold or cancel a payment?
Please get in touch if you have any questions about changing your payment plan and/or schedule.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your contract, you’ll need to give us 14 days notification in writing (via email). We apply a $30 administration fee to cancellations made within 30 days of starting the contract. There are no administration fees if you cancel after 30 days. All money owed on the treatments you’ve already had must be repaid before we can process your cancellation.
Do you have an ‘on hold’ policy?
Please let us know in writing (via email) if you need to put your payment plan on hold. The term of the contract will also be put on hold, starting again once you reactivate your payment plan. All money owed on the treatments you’ve already had must be repaid before we can put your payment plan on hold.
